Service Description
* Pre bath prep (meet & greet, brush + detangle spray) * Warm water bath with gentle, pet-safe shampoo * Nail trim & ear cleaning * Blow dry & brush out * De-shedding for double coats * Light trim around face, feet & sanitary area * Paw pad trim & conditioning * Nose conditioning * Teeth brushing If you'd like a trim for your dog with the bath, please choose the add on for your size dog.
Cancellation Policy
1. Vaccinations & Health All dogs must be current on rabies and core vaccinations (distemper, parvo, bordetella). Proof may be requested before service. Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, or behavioral concerns prior to the appointment. We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if a dog appears ill, has parasites, or poses a safety risk. 2. Coat Condition & Grooming Outcome We will always prioritize your dog’s safety and comfort over appearance. Severe matting may require shaving or a shorter cut than requested. Extra dematting fees may apply. We cannot guarantee exact styles when coat condition, dog behavior, or safety considerations limit what can be done. 3. Behavior & Safety Aggressive or extremely anxious dogs may require special handling or may not be accepted. Muzzles may be used if necessary for safety (with owner consent). If a dog’s behavior prevents completion of the service, partial fees may still apply. 4. Cancellations & No-Shows Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. 5. Pick-Up Policy Dogs must be picked up promptly after service completion unless other arrangements are made. A late pick-up fee may apply. 6. Emergencies In case of an accident or emergency, we will make every effort to contact you immediately. If we cannot reach you, we may seek veterinary care at your expense if deemed necessary for your dog’s wellbeing. 7. Payment Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, card, or approved payment methods. 8. Photos With your permission, we may take before-and-after photos of your dog for social media or marketing. Owner Agreement I, the undersigned, have read and understood the Feral Friends Dog Grooming Policy. I acknowledge the risks associated with grooming and agree to hold harmless Feral Friends Dog Grooming and its staff for any injuries or conditions that may arise during or after grooming, provided reasonable care and precautions are taken.
